Angela Beare is a bilingual Registered Dietitian, specializing in sports nutrition.
She is licensed with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and is also a member of the Dietitians of Canada.
Angela holds an Honours Bachelor in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Ottawa (2013), as well as a Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee (2022), where she learned from the world’s leading experts in her field.
As a mama-athlete herself, Angela has grown a special passion for supporting mama-athletes, so that they can have success both as mamas and as athletes!
